@00:11Thank you And thank you for asking me for a tutorial, it's quite a compliment by itself Actually I was already asked to explain my process, so I think I will just write a walkthrough explanation with some videos and sketches (or links to them) and post it in my journal or maybe in a gallery if I figure out how to do this sufficiently. I don't know when this is going to happen, though, I'm quite busy at the moment, but I will do this when I will have enough free time. Only please note that I am not a professional and the way I work is still evolving and I'm still looking for best way to do that.
(optimistic edit) Thank you, YouTube, for being here: [link] YOU HAVE TO CLICK IT (end of edit.)
(desperate edit) WHYY IS IT OUT OF SYNCH?! (end of edit.)
He is reading "The Colour of Magic" by Terry Pratchett. I wonder what Rincewind did.
Okay, you see, I wanted to animate lip sync for this guy: [link] , because I loved the idea of him having Jeremy Irons' voice (thank you so much, L16 ); and when I was looking for some clips I could use, I came across the scene from "The Colour of Magic", where Irons played Vetinari... I find this idea quite amusing, though I sense it might not be THAT funny for others.
Aaand it isn't really... entirely polished, but I won't be able to finish it anytime soon anyway, sigh.
Voice: Jeremy Irons, "The Colour of Magic" (c) Terry Pratchett, I think.
@00:11Could you possibly do a tutorial of an animation? I'm trying to do some amateur animations on flash and I'm getting lazy about drawing the skeletons before the actual flesh figures. There's a lot of things I need to learn. BTW I love the frame rate, and fluidity of the motions. Very cartoony yet lifelike.
