I am not sure if it isn't spoilerish below there, though if it is, it refers only to first volume. Anyway, beware if you wish.

Does anybody know how Pier van Dyken should be spelled? He is from Netherlands. I'm not an expert in Dutch spelling. Not at all.

Based on one of the final scenes in first volume of the book (Vuko's and van Dyken's conversation in the fortress Ciern, which means Thorn if someone cares). However there might be some inaccuracies- some I am aware of and felt like ignoring them, and some as a result of my book being now far, far away from where I am, stopping me from referencing. Sigh.

And this liquid (I am sure you can see it is liquid, haha, how could you not, with my awesome liquid-painting skills) in glass is supposed to be the cognac (which I am sure you already noticed without being informed, too).

So.

...this is not, um, 100% precisely how I imagine the guy, but it's pretty close. Like, 98% or 96.5%.
And yes, he is quite cartoonish. I'm okay with that.

I still can't believe how anything can be as unbelievably good as Grzedowicz's books. And how could I live before knowing them.

Wizja pokrywa się mocno z moją wizją Van Dykena, rewelacja. [; Widziałam też postać Drakkainena, ale szczerze mówiąc ni jak mi Vuko nie przypomina. Tutaj, akurat mam zupełnie inną wizję. :)

Taaa, też sobie nie wyobrażam jak mogłam żyć bez przygód Drakkainena, fakt, faktem udało się Grzędowiczowi zrobić kawał dobrej roboty. Chociaż poprzednie książki też wcale nie gorsze, to do pięt PLO nie dorastają. :)

Dziekuje pieknie :) Mi sie bardzo podobala Ksiega Jesiennych Demonow, ale ciezko mi porownac zbior opowiadan z czterotomowa saga, hehe. Obie sa rewelacyjne, moim zdaniem. Tak czy inaczej, wszystkie jego utwory maja ta wade, ze sie koncza, no i co teraz.

Ciekawa koncepcja. Przyznam się, miałem podobną wizję Van Dykena, aczkolwiek może nieco starszą i bardziej wyniosłą, niekoniecznie się uśmiechającą.

Swoją drogą, planujesz rysować pozostałą trójkę Czyniących? Albo jakichś tubylców? Ciekawy jestem wizji. :)

W każdym razie, podoba mnie się. :)

Dziekuje :) Pewnie dobrze by bylo narysowac reszte, jako cwiczenie i jako pretekst, zeby przeczytac ksiazki jeszcze raz, hehe. Ale ostatnio mam straszliwe problemy z motywacja, wiec pewnie nic z tego nie bedzie. Ale dziekuje jeszcze raz :)

Art świetny, ale Pier Van Dykena nienawidzę.... Przez to co zrobił Vuko stał się moim wrogiem -.-"(Wiem jestem dziwna i się jak dziecko zachowuję)

No, on chyba wlasnie mial takie wrazenie robic, poza tym wrog glownego bohatera z zalozenia jest wrogiem czytelnika. Ale ja po prostu uwielbiam porzadne czarne charaktery- takie wredne, przebiegle, zle do glebi, inteligentne i pewne siebie postacie. Na zywo bym ich pewnie unikala jak ognia.
